Bernard Arnault Says John Galliano Will Never Return to LVMH

According to Bernard Arnault, John Galiano will never return to LVMH “He will not be working for LVMH,” Arnault said after the Dior Homme show in Paris on Saturday. He also revealed that Galliano’s longtime assistant Bill Gaytten is taking over as the creative director of the namesake label. (Gaytten bowed at the Galliano menswear show yesterday.) Although other executives at the luxury conglomerate seem to have a bit of sympathy for Galliano, at least according to what they told Horyn on Friday , Arnault’s disgust with the designer hasn’t waned.
